The university flag has white background with a blue and yellow symbol mark and black English university name horizontally written.
The five pillars of the symbol mark symbolize the five educational goals of Tokyo Seitoku Gakuen: generous moral character, high intelligence, sound body, spirit of diligence, and courage in action.
The three pillars symbolize the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of Tokyo Seitoku Gakuen. These eight pillars represent the image of "harmony," "growth," and "ideals" that unite to create the humanity of Tokyo Seitoku University and the people who gather at the university. The symbol color blue (five pillars) represents "reason" and "youth," while yellow (three pillars) represents "vitality" and "courage.
