This looks like a warning flag made by a private company named Fujiki Corporation.
The letter in the center reads DANGER.

Unattributed; A Japanese flag, circa 1945, taken by a U.S. Marine on Okinawa.
This flag is the flag of a youth group association in Nakagusuku Village in Okinawa,
the picture is upside down, but I think the name of the association
is something to the effect of Uwaninya Youth Group.
