International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Flag

I found the flag of the OICA (ORGANISATION INTERNATIONALE DES CONSTRUCTEURS D'AUTOMOBILES, or in English INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS). It is located in Paris, France.

"OICA's membership consists of 42 national trade associations around the world. Twenty of these associations represent the major automobile manufacturing countries in Europe, America, and Asia" ( http://www.oica.net/htdocs/members/members.htm ). Plus the OICA's Exhibition Committee is the one that coordinates the International Motor Shows worldwide.

The flag is the logo and name over white background (emblem on the middle).
