This reported flag presents a probably
vexillological mistake. While the photo shows a vertical cloth
hanging from a crossbar with round point and held in a
procession, Fred Drews' image puts the same design on a
rectangular 3:5 white cloth. Does Fred have evidence for this
design? It is likely a ceremonial banner.
