Burgee 1971(?) - date: Pennant approx. 5:7 (image). White field superimposed
by a white-based yellow crown centred on a blue saltire.
Note: "In 1929
James Chadwick (the first Commodore) . . . founded the Findhorn Yacht Club. . .
In 1971 the Findhorn Yacht Club was awarded the Royal title."

A slightly different image is used on their Constitution (November 2017):
http://www.rfyc.co.uk/uploads/constitution/rfyc_constitution.pdf. Apart from
the slightly different crown, it's also the first of that design where the Saint
Andrew's Cross is actually a cross.
This also tells us:
SECTION 1 - NAME AND OBJECTS ...
1.4
The RFYC flag
shall be a white burgee with a blue St Andrew's cross and crown of gold.
1.4.1 The Commodore's flag shall be a swallow tailed flag bearing the colours of
the burgee.
1.4.2 The Vice and Rear Commodore's flags shall be similar to
that of the Commodore's defaced by one or two blue dots respectively.
1.4.3
The past Commodore's flag shall be rectangular in shape and bearing the colours
of the burgee.

Lloyd's Register of Yachts - Ensigns and burgees of yacht clubs and private
flags of yachtsmen, 1971, indeed at the start of the year still
gave the
first design.
