The flag in use by the Departmental Council of Oise (video) is white with the Council's logo in greyish blue.
"Blue-grey" is the reference institutional color of the Departmental Council of Oise.
The color specifications are (graphic charter):

The former General Counci used a pale green with the logo adopted in 2005.
The logo is made of an orange quadrifoil surrounded by an orange circle tangent to a white
quadrifoil surrounded by a white circle, the whole on a pale green
background and surmounting the writing "oise", overlapping the bigger
white circle / "LE DÉPARTEMENT" in orange letters.

The former flag of the General Council of Oise was white with the Council's
former logo.
The logo is made of a white map of the department shadowed in blue and pierced by a blue-white-red ribbon, surmounting the writing "CONSEIL GÉNÉRAL DE / L'OISE" in blue
letters.
