The municipality of Campillo de Deleitosa (51 inhabitants in 2014, 2,560 ha) is located 100 km north-east of Cáceres.
Campillo de Deleitosa is the least populated municipality in Extremadura. The mean age of the population is 73, with no children and only seven inhabitants aged less than 60. Within ten years, the village lost 58 inhabitants, and could therefore be totally depopulated in the next decade.

The flag (photo) and arms of Campillo de Deleitosa, adopted on 1 September 2004 by the Municipal Council and validated on 9 November 2004 by the Assessing Council of Honors and Distinctions of the Government of Extremadura, are prescribed by an Order issued on 16 December 2004 by the Government of Extremadura and published on 8 January 2005 in the official gazette of Extremadura, No. 2, pp. 204-205 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3. A white panel with a blue saltire of 1/10 the flag's width. Charged in the center with the municipal coat of arms.
Coat of arms: Checky of 15 pieces, eight azure and seven argent 3 x 5. A bordure gules charged with a bow argent in chief and two arrows or counterplaced on the flanks. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
The arms feature the arms of the house of Toledo in the center, while the bordure recalls the village's patron saint, St. Sebastian.
