Colors refer to the historic belonging to Livonia. Silver
symbolizes also mentality and enlightenment. Green symbolizes
land, peace and well-being. Waves refer to the location of
municipality on the banks of Pärnu river. Horseshoe refers to
horse breading. This is also the symbol of luck.
