Smith reported green over white. I posted diagonally upper hoist to lower
fly, yellow and green. Flagmaster 60 reported the same but lower hoist to upper
fly, green at hoist and yellow at fly. Prof. Restrepo said that the flag was
changed to horizontal W-V-Y but that was never confirmed.
