Description of flag:
The white flag is divided by a thin black saltire. In the centre of the flag is a modified coat of amrs of the city of Überlingen, having a non-crowned black rampant lion in the inescutcheon and an additional black inscription of the name in the chief. In the quarters are inscriptions of black capitals: "Ü" (top). "R" (hoist), "C" (fly) and "BODAN" (bottom).

It is an orange flag. In the upper fly are two stickmen rowers ordered horizontally, below the rowers is a orange wavy line fimbriated violet. In the upper hoist quarter are three violet bars increasing in height. In the lower fly is a violet "rv" over a horizontal violet line exceeding nearly total width of flag.
