Shield Gules two bends Argent, the dexter one parted by three triangles Azure.
Meaning:
The bend charged with triangles is derived from the oldest seal of the Trautenberger family, who owned the local castle and ruled the local estate between 1337 and 1601. A silver bend on a red shield is reminding on the Barons of Reitzenstein, who bough the Reuth district (Bavarian: Hofmark) in 1772 and owned it until 1848. They also held the low level cognisance.
