Shield parted per pale of Azure and Argent, issuant from a triplemount issuant Or in base a grapevine with four grape bunches and two leaves in counterchanged tinctures.
Meaning:
The tinctures are those of the Dukes of Bayern, who ruled the town since 1481. The grapevine is referring to the former viticulture. Local wines were really popular during the 15th century at the Bavarian court. Prints of the first seal are known since 1514. The pattern remained basically the same. In the 16th century the leaves were omitted. And the order of the main tinctures changed frequently.

The banner probably is used without approval. The arms were granted in 1494 by Duke Albrecht IV of Bayern-München.
