Shield Azure a fess wavy Argent; above two batons Or in saltire, superimposed by a scallop Argent; beneath a demi-ibex salient issuant, armed Or.
Meaning:
The fess wavy is a representation of the little Teisnach River and referring to the location of the municipality in the namesake valley. Scallop and batons are attributes of St. James the Elder, the local patron saint. The issuant ibex, or if you prefer its torso, shows a differentiation of the arms of the Ramsberg kin, who had been commissionaires of the Counts of Bogen and owners of the namesake valley. The tinctures blue and white are those of the counts and their successors from the Wittelsbach kin as well.
