Shield sable, a throughout rectangle Argent, at sinister a watch tower Argent masoned Sable with windows Gules.
Meaning:
The rectangle is symbolizing the former Roman fortified boundary wall (Latin: limes), its shape is furthermore the initial of the municipality's name. The Roman watch tower also alludes to the Roman fortifications.
