Shield parted per fess, beneath Azure, above parted per fess of Argent and Gules, shield charged with an oar Or and a sledgehammer Or in saltire, over all a Marian Crown Argent.
Meaning:
The tinctures without charges display the family arms of the Schaumberg kin. Some of its members had been bishops of different bishoprics in southern Germany. St. Mary is the local patron saint, represented by the crown. The oar is representing the former local ferry and the hammer is alluding to Sebastian Schubert, a local smith, who refused to leave a pub, but he found a merciful judge, who couldn't find any offensive behaviour aginst the policemen, who arrested him.
