Meaning:
On 1 January 1975 Unterschneidheim merged with Zipplingen and five minor municipalities. The symbols of the old Unterschneidheim municipality were kept. The attire is alluding to the fact that all former municipalities belonged to Württemberg. The cross of the Teutonic Order is symbolising, that Unterschneidheim had been the seat of a reeve of the order.
