Nová Ves is a municipality in Liberec region (Liberec okres) in the Czech
Republic. Its flag was approved 5 October 2004 and published in Petr Exner's
Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
A tiny Coat of Arms is at the municipal pages.
Flagdescription: blue, a yellow buck's head between two white fishes.
Arms: azure a buck's head or with two fishes argent; in base a wheel
argent.
