Zlate Hory (Olomouc Region) has a flag horizontally divided blue over yellow, with white crossed mining hammers in the hoist part of the blue stripe. The flag has been approved in 2002. I've not yet found any image. Till 1948 Zuckmantel, Cukmantl; 4600 inhabitants.
