From Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon 2002:
Dohalice is a municipality in Hradec Králové okres, Hradec Králové region. Its coat of arms at this website has top left a red field with a yellow Medusa-head; top right a chess-board of 4x5 black and yellow fields; the bottom has 4 BWBW horizontal bars.
The flag is nearly identical, but the chessboard has 8x5 fields. Adopted 31 Jan 2002 - image after Petr Exner's Vexilologický Lexikon 2002. I've used the Medusa-head of the coat of arms.
