Žatčany municipality flag

On a commercial site are two municipal flags. The bottom one is of Žatčany in Brno-venkov district, South Moravian region in Czechia - compare the coat of arms at this webpage. Using the coat of arms I've come up with this image. The flag was adopted in 1998.
