Baie-Trinité (2016 Population 407) is a village in the Manicouagan Regional County Municipality in the Côte-Nord region of Quebec, Canada. It is located on the coast of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence at the mouth of the Trinity River.
I learned of this flag by a post by Marc Pasquin to the FOTW Facebook group:

I used a modified image of the coat of arms obtained from this page (https://ici.radio-canada.ca/nouvelle/1374698/fin-tutelle-municipalite-baie-trinite-upac-baillargeon-)
to make the attached image of the flag.
