About the Flag

The municipality of Altônia (22,176 inhabitants in 2020; 66,126 ha) is located on the border with Mato Grosso do Sul, 700 km north-west of Curitiba.

The flag of Altônia is blue with an off-centered red cross, the intersection of the cross' arms superimposed with a red disc inscribing a white star, the whole fimbriated in white.
