An institutional flag is vertically divided green-white with a narrow green
bar also on the fly; the name is written sideways on the main hoist green field,
and the seal is placed on the white field.

The white area bears the seal, rendered in dark green, and the hoist side
area shows lettering oriented to be readable when the flag hangs from a
horizontal wire or rod: It reads "Eastern" over "New Mexico" over "University",
all set in white Georgia capitals, sized to fill up the same line width and
plain fullwidth strokes between each text line.
This design, as all
others on this page, was apparently made obsolete after the recent approval of a
new approach to the greyhound motif, now shown head-only, and a new lettermark,
as reported by Zach

Plain dark green ~5:8 flag with large white Georgia bold capitals reading "ENMU"
and a very small non-superscript terminal "©" above greyhound running towards
the fly, in light grey with black contour lines and white fimbriation, the whole
comparatively small on the flag background..
