A flag was spotted in a committee meeting in Laramie, WY, by Valentin Poposki, 8 December 2025.
At

details better photographed.
The whole logo consists of an iconic U.S.
flag, visibly of the Betsy Ross style, shown
unfurled and waving slowly, with a relatively more detailed eagle finial, and in
foreground an iconic roll of parchment reading "We the People" in two lines of
blackletter. The background is white and each element is drawn and filled in is
own color – blue canton with white stars as "holes", red stripes likewise, and
ochre parchment contour and text; only the finial is stroked in blue and filled in ochre.
On the flag, this logo is encircled by a line of blue all-caps serif bold text, reading on the upper half
"United
States Constitution", with the eagle protruding between the two latter words;
on the lower half
"★ 1787-1791 ★ Bicentennial ★ 1987-1991 ★".
