Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and long white scroll, as often used by united communes
with inscription in black capitals "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE OVOA E VIMIEIRO".
Meaning:
The willow tree (Port.: vimieiro) is a canting element. The base wavy is representing the local Aguieira backwater.
