Shield Gules, on a bend sinister wavy Argent a bendlet sinister wavy Azure, in dexter chief a Maltese cross and in base sinister a pine twig Or fructed Argent.
Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "OLEIROS - AMIEIRA".
Meaning:
The cross and waves are taken from the arms of Oleiros and the pine twig from those of Amieira.

Oleiros e Amieira is one of the two communes of Oleiros Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes; it had 2080 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 143,64 km².
