At hoist isa blue inscription "S" over "B" over "K" with the "B" slightly shifted to fly.
To each letter a blue starlet is annexed. Skærbæk Kommune is located on Jutlands western coast opposite of Rømø Island.

Shifted to hoist is a half blue disc on the white stripe und a white dolphin on the red stripe.
Svinø is located in southern Zealand, about half way between Næstved and Vordingborg.
