Shield Gules, a bend Or charged with two bendy lozenges Sable, in sinister chief an initial "G" Or, in dexter base a dry measure Or.
Meaning:
The municipality before had the name Göbrichen, it was renamed on 12 November 1973, published in GABl 1162/1973. The new name was alluding to the dissolved village of Neidlingen, which had been the seat of the Lords of Neidlingen until the 14th century. On 1 January 1974 the municipalities Bauschlott and Nußbaum had been incorporated, published in GABl 1185/1973. The arms are based on those of Baden in counterchanged colours, as all three municipalities had belonged to the Margraviate of Baden. The other elements are representing the former municipalities: the initial for Göbrichen, the dry measure (German: Sester) for Bauschlott and the lozenges for Nußbaum.
