The City of Buenos Aires has 15 communes as third level
administrative-territorial divisions with delegated powers. All of them have
same generic logos that were granted to them, but with time they started to
adopt different logos and emblems.

These entities have no special names, but are numbered, from Comuna 1 to Comuna 15. Although in 2016 it was proposed that every commune would get its own
emblem and flag, it seems that the project is not finished. For now, communes
have only generic logos.
