The Afghan "Ministry of Information and Culture" (Dari: وزارت اطلاعات و فرهنگ‎, Pashto: د اطلاعاتو او فرهنګ وزارت) is the Afghan government ministry in charge of Culture, Tourism, Publishing Affairs and Youth Affairs.

The flag is blue with the seal centered.
