Description of the flag

The Ashtabula Yacht Club is a club in Ashtabula, Ohio, USA. It's close to Lake Erie, basically one bridge away. Established in 1924. I guess in a way that shows in their burgee: Blue with a red border, with in the hoist half the characters "AYC".

A members of the Inter Lakes Yachting Association.
