Bay Country is a subdivision of the city of Horseshoe Bay, located in the southern parts of the city near Highway 71. The subdivision is characterized with large plots, which have large homes to create a ranch like feel to it, which can be seen on the flag.
The flag is made of a blue field with a white circle and dark blue outlines. A ring of disconnected squares make a sort of inner border. In the center is the head, and some neck, of a horse, which is indicative of the ranch feel of the subdivision.
