The flag is made of a green field and features a variety of local landmarks around it. At the top of the field is the township's name, with the establishment year of 1830 underneath it. At the bottom is the County name with the state name directly underneath. In the center is the Tuscarora Creek represented by the wavy blueish line in the center. Above the creek are four pairs of pine trees. In the four corners are some buildings of importance related to the township's history. The blue house in the upper hoist is representative of the Tuscarora Township Historical Society. In the upper fly is a church with a cemetery, though it's not specified which one, as it's design differs from church's in the township. In the lower hoist is the Edinger Hill Schoolhouse, which was built in 1863, though on the flag it says it was established in 1868. You can find history on the schoolhouse here. Next to the schoolhouse is a brown tree and an outhouse with a crescent on the door. In the lower fly is a red barn, with two cattle and a fence, as well as one tree next to it.
A photo of the flag was sent to me by the historical society, with it being designed by the granddaughter of a local resident (for privacy reasons, the name will be censored). They didn't sent an exact year for when the flag was made other then it was displayed for the 2021 PSATS Convention for the flag parade, so likely around the year or the year before would be my guesstimate.
