I was forwarded a digitalized drawing of the township flag along with some
information about it. The flag was adopted sometime in early 2023.
Here
is some of the information about the flag's symbols that was given to me by the
township:
"The pictures on the flag are just a few of the jobs that the
supervisors have done. In the caption we "dig" our dirt the supervisors were
trying to show some of the jobs they have accomplished and that they are proud
of the jobs that they have done.
The "dig" in our mind means that we like
the area and township that we live and work in. (When we were younger, dig it,
meant that we liked it) just using some language from our earlier days.
The Greene County symbol just stating Richhill Township is in Greene County, and
then a picture of the outline of the Township itself."
