Description of the flag

The flag of Jay consists of a white field with the previous town seal in the center. Under the seal is the phrase "A City of Pride, Faith, Family and Community Spirit." I am currently unaware of a flag that uses the new city seal.

The new seal depicts a double ring of gold and white. In the center is the community name that's inside other symbols.

Previous seal

The old seal depicts the city name and establishment year on a golden ring. In the center are four sections with a different symbol. The first says "community pride" with the picture of a bulldog's head, refering to the local Bulldogs sports team. The second says "Patriotism", with the image of an American flag. The third says "teamwork" with two hands shaking. The fourth says "Huckleberry Capitol" with an image of a huckleberry over a grey image of Oklahoma and a red dot on Jay's location in the state. Jay is known as the "Huckleberry Capitol of the World" as it's the host of the annual Huckleberry festival.
