Description of the flag

The flag consists of a blue background with a fleur-de-lis in the upper-right and lower-left corners and a fort in the upper-left and the lower-right corners. In the middle, is an outline of George Washington and a paddler, around it is a circle of 16 stars alternating red and white. The flag was sent to me by the mayor.
