Description of the flag

The flag of the city of Wyoming can be seen in a photo at www.westmichigan.org/wyoming/images/logos/640x480_small.jpg. It appears to consist of a basal red bar, with four dark blue rays radiating from a white star at the center of the flag. THE CITY OF WYOMING is written on the flag.
