While watching the Arkansas Razorback Soccer team on TV Sunday (7 November 2021), the flag of the city was used at the SEC Women's Soccer Tournament. It does confirm a logo design on a white, but not the seal. The flag can be seen thanks to the picture provided by the University of Arkansas: https://twitter.com/RazorbackSoccer/status/1455276063630766081 (note, the other flag present is that of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), of which Arkansas is a member).
