This flag has been seen on various news programs during reports on the Enron bankruptcy and the allegations that executives created partnerships to hide company losses from the balance sheets, allegations that company officials raided the employee retirement funds and sold large amounts of stock just days prior to the company declaring bankruptcy.
This image was based on observation and photographs of two separate flags on sale on E-Bay last week and reports by the selling party of the unworn flag of the size.
I've also noted a second flag, with only the company name on a white field, with some stylistic rendering of some of the letters.

Enron used two logos, both also depicted on white company flags, the 1st (Lippincott & Margulies') replaced by the later (Paul Rand's) sometime in the 1990s. The later logo, and maybe also the flag with it, is still in use by the Enron Creditors Recovery Corp. - whose "sole mission is to reorganize and liquidate the remaining operations and assets of Enron following one of the largest and most complex bankruptcies in U.S. history."
The logo shows the outline of an upper case sans-serif "E" in red, green, and blue, tilted on its lower back corner and the back side filled with the word "Enron", in blue sans-serif capitals.

Archive footage on TV showed briefly showed a previous flag of Enron, with its logo-lettering reading "Enron Corp" in purple bold wide sans-serif capitals, the "o"s' eyes replaced with a diagonal descending slash, reminding me of slotted screw caps, aligned to match both slots, on a white background.
