The flag is displayed on the cover of a 2016 Annual Report by the CBTT (https://www.central-bank.org.tt/reports/annual-report-2016)
and it does confirm the drawing by Hemendra, though the logo used extends almost
to the top and bottom of the flag. I drew the image above using a vector logo
located from the bank.
