This is a postcard with a flag proposal made by A.N. Bryanchaninov from March
7, 1917. On a red flag is a white-blue triangle. In the white frame the words:
svoboda (freedom), bratstvo (fraternity) and spravedlivost
(justice).
In the triangle a white dove with a green olive branch and in the
red claws a golden sword. On the chest a red heart, and thin golden rays emanate
from the heart.
