It is a squarish (approx. 5:7) light blue flag with two thin white stripes along the upper and lower edges and the company logo centred on it.
This logo consists of an upper case italic serifless "L" set inside the bowl of a horizontally oblong seriffed "O",
with three horizontal gaps (negative space stripes) of decreasing widths and gaps from just under the centerline upwards at the hoist side and just over the centerline downwards at the fly side.

I should say I never heard of this company, never saw its logo before, and never saw this flag, neither afloat nor ashore.
I found online very scarce traces of this company’s corporate activity, in 1993 and 1995.
