Shield Argent above from two fesses wavy Azure and surrounded at dexter by a branch of orange fruited Or and leafed Vert and at sinister by a branch of olive fruited Sable and leafed Vert a bunch of grapes leafed Vert and fruited purple. Mural crown argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "VILA DE TABUAÇO".

Presentation of Tabuaço

Tabuaço municipality had 6785 inhabitants in 2001 and consists of 13 communes covering 135,72 km². It is part of Viseu District, traditional province and 1999 ref. adm. region TrĂ¡s-os-Montes e Alto Douro, current C.C.R. / NUTS II Norte, and NUTS III Douro.
