Shield Or, an eradicated walnut tree Vert fruited Or, superimposed by a carnation Argent leafed Or, and flanked by a grapevine Purpure leafed Vert at dexter, and at sinister by a hammer Sable stemmed Gules and a chisel Sable, both crossed per saltire. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "NOGUEIRA DO CRAVO - OLIVEIRA DO HOSPITAL". From 2000 until 2001 the number of visible towers had been three (village rank).
Meaning:
Walnut tree (Port.: nogueira) and carnation (Port.: cravo) are canting elements.
