Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE ENXARA DO BISPO, GRADIL E VILA FRANCA DO ROSÁRIO".
Meaning:
All charges are representations of the pre-2013 communes, the rosary stands for Vila Franca do Rosário, the mitre for Enxara do Bispo and coronet and crescent for Gradil.

Enxara do Bispo, Gradil e Vila Franca do Rosário is one of the five communes of Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 3979 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 31,65 km².

Shield Azure, a mitre Or charged with a throughout cross Gules a having scarves Or, flanked by two wheat ears Or, in central chief an 8-point star Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "ENXARA DO BISPO".
Meaning:
The wheat ears are reminding on a pilgrimage from the Socorro Mountains dedicated to Our Lady of the Snows, which takes places on 5th August, where a great number of devotees is keeping its promisses by gifts of wheat. The 8-point star is an attribute of Our Lady of Assumption, the local patron saint. The mitre is alluding to the commune´s suffix "of the bishop".

Meaning:
The rosary is a canting element. The wheel is alluding to the commune´s windmills.
