Alhões, Bustelo, Gralheira e Ramires is the only commune of Cinfães Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 517 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 37,52 km².

Shield Azure a billet Or, flanked by two corn stalks Argent with cobs Or, on chief a Paschal Lamb couchant Argent nimbed Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "BUSTELO - CINFÃES".
Meaning:
The Paschal Lamb is an attribute of St. John the Baptist, the local patron saint.
