Shield Gules a tower Argent masoned Sable flanked by two heraldic fountains, pendulant from chief a demi sun-in-splendour Or with face, on base wavy Argent two barrulets wavy Vert.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "ALBUFEIRA E OLHOS DE ÁGUA".
Meaning:
The tower is a common element of both former communal arms. The heraldic fountains represent Olhos de Água, the sun Albufeira

Albufeira e Olhos de Água was the only commune of Albufeira Municipality created by amerger during the 2013 changes; it had 28641 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 41,17 km².

The arms are Gules a tower Argent masoned Sable with port and windows over a base wavy of Argent and Vert, pendulant from chief a demi sun-in-splendour Or with face.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "ALBUFEIRA".
The inscription is remarkable insofar, as usually for communes with a synonym municipality the inscription begins with "FREGUESIA DE ..." in order to distinct both entities.

Albufeira Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of the synonym Municipality; it had 16 237 inhabitants in 2001 and covered 26,49 km².

Shield Azure, a rectangular, embattled tower Or masoned Sable with port and windows Gules flanked at dexter by a branch of pine Argent fruited Or and at sinister by a grapevine Or leafed Argent, in base three heraldic fountains ordered 2:1.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "OLHOS DE ÁGUA - ALBUFEIRA".
Meaning:
The heraldic fountains are canting elements as "eyes of water". The tower is a representation of the local Medronheira Tower. The pine cones stand for local forestry.
