New Bielsk county flag

Bielsk County (Polish: powiat bielski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Podlaskie Voivodeship, north-eastern Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998.

The county has changed its flag. On 28 January 2010 the County Council adopted new symbols. The old symbols were adopted in 2002.

Here an automatic translation from this webpage:
The new CoA of the Bielsk County present on the face of the two-lane: the top field, White Eagle, red with gold (yellow) beak, gold (yellow) feet and a gold (yellow) crown on his head in the bottom field an silver an red bull with yellow horns and hooves.
The CoA were subjected to two own style. Tour, although a figure of the emblem of the urban district of the capital - Podlaski Bielsko, not its literal repetition. The coat of arms appears tur static. More appropriate emblem for the earth was to give the figure of expression and clarity. Tour in a dynamic symbol of the strength of the Bielsko region. Theme of the White Eagle was chosen as a symbol of appeal to the district belonging to the Podlaskie region and its history (including the junction with Crown Podlasie). Due to the remote county of our birth certificate, existing in the sixteenth century, the relationship of the Podlaskie voivodship is particularly felt. So the eagle is the emblem of regional and even refers to the original coat of arms Podlaskie, has its own styling. Image of Eagle County in the coat of arms Bielski emphasizes the historic importance of Bielsko County, in the Old Republic with its own flag and its own seal. At the county seal in the eighteenth century could see the image of eagle without a crown - but to the establishment of the Regional Assembly of Podlaskie voivodship podlaskiemu modern eagle with a crown on his head, and the coat of arms of Eagle County placed in the crown.

Flag of Bielsko County presents in the form of rectangular clouth, consisting of eight red-white stripes, which appears in the center the CoA of Bielski County. The colors were derived from the color of the shield fields. The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is 5:8.
