Izabelin is a municipality in the county of Warsaw-West (powiat Warszawa-Zachód)
in Mazowieckie vojvodship.
Its flag and arms were adopted 27 April 2005, designed by Alfred Znamierowski
of the Heraldic-Vexillological Institute. Images are shown at the municipal
site.
Flagdescription: two equal vertical stripes a) red with the image of
the municipal arms; b) three horizontal stripes of white, red and yellows,
proportioned 2:1:2.
