Couldn't find any description of the Arms or flag.
The "Statut" doesn't mention it at all, and the Council's resolution # XXIV/297/05 dated October 11, 2005 is not accessible.

Chrystian Kretowicz reported that the resolution is not XXIV/297/05 was not accessible. This is no longer the case as it can be reached here and confirms both coat of arms and flags as reported with a slight difference on the handle of the swords.
I have adjusted the flagimage accordingly.
